Another year older, wiser, learnt a few things, had some wins, had some blows… regardless, the year is almost wrapped (f***, that's scary). and whatever kind of year you've had, the best way to send it off is celebrating with your people.

We do not do boring Christmas catch-ups, so we've created a sweet little line-up of Christmas & Sip workshops to do exactly that.

Think customised Santa-sacks, cute DIY ornaments and cards that look so lush your friends will want to frame them.

It’s all nostalgic christmassy goodness; easy to do, loads of fun, pure joy (and we all need that, right!?).

Bring your drinks and snacks, or add on catering for a full no-brainer evening of fun.

Christmassy FAQs

  • Not even a little bit. Every workshop is made for beginners and we’ll show you each step as we go. And hey nothing is perfect so just lean in and have fun!

  • Whatever you make on the night: your Santa sack, your ornaments, your frame or your stack of cards. It's all yours to keep (or gift, if you can bear to part with it).

  • Please do! Don’t let the busy season stop you crafting! Bring whatever you like to sip and snack on. We’ll have glasses ready.

  • You’re welcome to bring food of your own or order something to get delivered or grab on the way. We have a catering collab with Coniston General Store (enquire for details) or you can get a delicious platter from Port Beirut up the road. Good to plan ahead on these ones :)

  • The workshops are made with adults in mind, but teens 12+ are welcome with a grown-up. Just indicate when you purchase your ticket so we know who’s coming.

  • Let us know at least 48 hours before and we’ll move you to another session. We can’t offer refunds within 48 hours, but you’re welcome to send a friend in your place.

  • We have a ramp that can be placed at the entrance on request (unfortunately we are not allowed to have it there permenantly) but our bathroom is a bit tricky to access (we might be able to use a neighbours if we know ahead!). Please contact us before booking to discuss your accessibility needs and we can do our best to accomodate. We always make sure we have as much set-up as possible to make your time with us comfortable and allow everyone to enjoy the fun!

  • Something comfy that you don’t mind getting a little glue, ink or glitter on. But these are usually quite contained activities! And we have aprons available.

  • Our adaptable methodology serves manufacturing, retail, professional services, and public sector entities.

  • No need to come too early! About 5 minutes before is fine, so you can grab a seat, pour a drink and settle in before we start.

  • Yep, lots of street parking near 99 Wentworth Street. After 630pm it isnt timed! If there are multiple events on the street and parking is tight, just head to the Allan Street/Military Road Carpark.

  • Yes, if you’ve got 6 or more we can run a private Christmas & Sip just for you. It’s great for work parties, friends’ Christmas or a family catch-up. dates are subject to availability. Click on the Private tab in the website header or send us an email.

  • Absolutely. book it under their name, or book it yourself and pass it on. OR give the gift of creativity with our gift card options.

  • Number 99 and Butter Boutique are on Wentworth Street in Port Kembla, NSW. A short drive from Wollongong CBD and accessible by train and even bus. We often have visitors from Shellharbour, Berry, Albion Park, Dapto, Figtree and all around the Lake as well as Wollongong and the northern suburbs too! It’s worth the trip…
