Join us for a creative glass art workshop for kids where you'll learn the basics of creating beautiful glass coasters. This hands-on session is perfect for kids aged 8+ and will be guided by an experienced instructor. You'll have the opportunity to design, and assemble your unique pieces, which will then be fired and ready for collection within a week or so.
About the workshop:
- The workshop will begin with an introduction by our instructor Simon, showcasing various pre-fired pieces and finished coasters. You’ll see different colours, effects, and finishes to inspire your designs.
- Participants will draw and colour their designs for their coasters. This phase allows for creativity as you decide on shapes and patterns. Once you finish your design, you’ll transfer it onto glass pieces using a Sharpie which Simon will then cut for you.
